YarnYAY!
YarnYAY! is a knitting subscription box service based in Austin, Texas. It is curated by Vickie Howell — broadcaster, author, designer and entrepreneur. Each month, subscribers receive artisanal, hand-dyed or indie mainstay yarns, an original knitting pattern and at least two specialty items, delivered to their doorsteps. Whenever possible, the majority of the items support small or local businesses.
Vickie wanted to license my ‘Woolly Jumpers’ calendar tea towel design (in a specific colourway) for inclusion in the December 2019 subscription box. She also asked me to design an exclusive enamel pin for the same box.
YarnYAY! is based in the USA, but this was not a problem for our collaboration. I provided Vickie with digital artwork, and her team sourced local printers and manufacturers. I can work with you, easily, no matter where in the world you are based. I am able to provide additional support or information for subcontractors and can liaise with them via email or phone where necessary. Get in touch if you have a similar project I can help you with.
